Come & Try

Come and Try intakes start on the first Saturday of the month during the summer (windy period)

When:Saturday afternoon sessions, 2:30pm - 4:30pm 

Location: Davenport Beach, Manly Brisbane Queensland

Who can Come and Try: all ages over 16 years old (minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult), any level of fitness.

 If you are an experienced kiter and want to try out kiting in Manly while somebody helps you with launching your kite you need to bring all your own kite gear, call out to us and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

Novice / New kite users

Unfortunately Manly does not facilitate in a kite beach for novice users. The launch area is surrounded by barbed wire fences. Kiting in Sandgate is better suited for people starting with the sport. 

Please bring: kite equipment, hat, water bottle, suncream and wear suitable clothing .
